- Delivery: The ordered items will be dispatched within 1-12 business days from the date of the order.
- Canceling an Order: You can cancel the order before SB dispatches the items. To do so, send a cancellation email in reply to the order confirmation email as soon as possible. Once SB dispatches the items, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Damage in Transit: We pack the items to withstand normal wear due to transit by courier. However, if you need replacement for an item damaged in transit, you may have to return the damaged item to SB at your cost.
